Here’s What We Do:
We take the responsibility to source, organise and arrange the delivery of domestic appliances, and ensure that all installation is carried out by qualified technicians to ensure the safety of your property and the tenants.

Here’s What We Offer:
- We provide a copy of service provision
- Provide a non-obligatory rental appraisal for your property.
- Professional advice on best rental property practices and landlords’ statutory obligations.
- Property advertising on all our property portals.
- Carry out appointed and accompanied property viewings.
- For prospective tenants, we carry out a full checked for affordability and previous landlord reference.
- Arrange provision of statutory checks where applicable (EPC, gas safe check, EICR, assist in applying for relevant property licensing) we arrange subsequent year on year safety checks as and when due to be carried out, unless otherwise agreed that landlords will arrange personally and provide a copy of the relevant certificates for property file. *All statutory checks are paid for by landlords which is deducted from rental payments unless instructed otherwise.
- Arrange statutory tenancy deposit protection (landlords can arrange their own deposit protection scheme).
- Conduct property inspection: 3 monthly/ 6 monthly as applicable, and provide a written report to landlords, enforce recommendations where needed and carry out follow-up’s inspections.
- Check-in and check-out procedures for tenants moving in/out.
- Collect monthly rent as and when due, remit payment to elected landlord client account. Our management fees and any property expenses are deducted.
- Email monthly rental payment statements.
- Arrange for necessary minor repairs subject to landlords’ agreement
- Serve appropriate notices as and when required.
- Address urgent mails requiring landlord’s notification (*applicable where overseas landlord have elected to forward mails to our business address for correspondence relating to the property)
